Or you can also take the car and reach the sea, cover yourself in sand and take a dip, go by boat, explore caves, discover ports, climb mountains, discover hermitages, taste the local wines in nearby wineries, dance in festivals, buy crafts in the markets, take a balloon ride, fall in love with Palma and go shopping in its narrow streets…

There is no better way to start the day than with a good breakfast. Our breakfast buffet is characterized by its wide variety of seasonal Mediterranean products, which vary depending on the time of year. Orange juice, local and national cheeses and meats, sweet and salty pastries, fruit and eggs or other warm dishes.

HONESTY BAR

Always available. Our bar works as a honesty bar. In the fridge you will find water, soft drinks, beer or wine. You can take whatever you need and write it down on the paper you will find on the bar. We will charge it to your room and you can pay for it at check out.

We aim to be as responsible as possible with our environment. Nature is part of Mallorca beauty and we are making an effort to transform onto more sustainable working methods. What are we doing to implement this?

GOSSALBA, ECOLOGIC FINCA AND ECOLOGIC EVOO

Gossalba is an ecologic finca. We produce our extra virgin olive oil which is 100% ecologic: we do not use any herbicides or insecticides and all processes are natural.

RECYCLED BOTTLES

We are removing all one use plastics. As it wouldn’t be safe for the swimming pool, we can’t offer only glass bottles. However, we changed from plastic to 100% recycled plastic bottles.

TOILET AMENITIES

All the toilet amenities you find in your room have no chemicals at all. The inside is 100% bio and ecological. Packaging is 100% biodegradable.

WE ARE REDUCING PAPER

QR CODES
For all the information you might need during your holidays, We changed our directory, recommendations, and information to digital content. We don’t have printed menus anymore.

DIGITIZED WORK
We implemented a new informatics system to make sure we don’t print unless it is really necessary. During check in or check out, you will get all the information per email.
